  • How can I make my candle's scent throw stronger?
    To achieve the most optimal scent throw for a candle, it is highly recommended to cure the candle for a week before burning it. You can cure a candle by placing it in a dark and dry environment, avoiding sunlight and humid areas for one week. Doing this will greatly increase the scent throw of the candle after. Our deepest apologies that we are unable to cure the candles beforehand as we craft our candles upon orders and would not want you to wait too long to receive your candles!

  • Can I burn my decorative candle?
    Decorative candles are designed for decorative purposes and they are able to give off a cold scent throw even if it is not lit. However, if you are intending to burn candle, please make sure to read our Candle Care before burning. White Pixies is not responsible for any misuse of our products.   • Why are there imperfections in my candles?
    Candle Appearance Noticed imperfections on your candles such as bumpy surface, sweating, air bubbles, wet spots or frosting? These imperfections do happen sometimes for soy wax due to temperature change in the surrounding and it is not a defect. All of these symptoms are common as the soy wax that we use to make our candles is made out of 100% vegetable wax and contains no added chemicals or preservatives. Candle Color Color bleeding is common for some candles with more than 1 color as dyes are used to color our candles instead of pigments. Dyes are our preferred choice instead of pigments as they do not clog the wick when burning the candle. All of these small imperfections stated above will absolutely not affect the way your candle burns or smells and we will not be accepting any of these defects as reason for refunds/exchange.
  • What wax do you use?
    White Pixies candles uses 100% natural soy wax made with Soybean Oil. Few benefits of natural Soy Wax: Non toxic Gives off less soot with a clean burn Natural and renewable resource Biodegradable 100% vegan
  • What are the scents selection?
    White Pixies uses 100% phthalate free fragrance oils. For more information about our scents, please refer to our Scents page.
  • What kind of packaging do you use?
    White Pixies uses a special type of die-cut kraft paper that can be expanded into a 3D honeycomb structure as an alternative to traditional bubble wrap. This paper material is sustainable, biodegradable, and recyclable. We will also be reusing bubble wraps from our suppliers' mails in some of our orders. By doing so, we hope to reduce plastic waste & hope that you can recycle them too when you receive them in your parcels! White Pixies also uses 100% compostable mailers to mail our products.   • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes we do. We ship internationally to most countries worldwide. Shipping Cost will be calculated during checkout according to the weight of the items in your order. Please take note that our Preserved Flowers Candle Series is not available for International Shipping due to its fragile nature. If your country is missing, please drop us an email at whitepixiesco@gmail.com with your country and postal code. Tracking Number will be provided for all orders. All orders placed will be packed and dispatched within 1 week. Delivery will usually take 2-4 weeks to reach depending on the country's custom clearance. As White Pixies candles are handcrafted and made upon order, we seek your understanding and patience for the waiting time. For all international orders, please ensure that our products can be lawfully imported to the destination country before placing any order.   • I need the candles before a certain date, can it be delivered by then?
    Do kindly drop us an email at whitepixiesco@gmail.com to enquire and we will let you know if the candles can reach you in time. For extremely urgent orders, please opt for our Express Delivery option when checking out and your order will be packed and delivered to you within 3 working days. If you would like a candle to be delivered on a specified date, please opt for our Specific Date option. Please note that orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance of the desired delivery date.
  • How long will the order take to reach me after placing an order?
    For Local Orders Standard Delivery: 3-7 working days (there might be slight delays during sales/festive season) Express Delivery: Within 3 working days For extremely urgent orders, please opt for our Express Delivery option when checking out and your order will be packed and delivered to you within 3 working days. If you would like a candle to be delivered on a specified date, please opt for our Specific Date option. Please note that orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance of the desired delivery date. For Overseas Order Delivery will usually take 2-4 weeks to reach depending on the country's custom clearance.

    Our brand is aware of the environmental concerns growing around the world and believes that businesses also have an important role to play in helping protect our Mother Earth. Keeping this in mind, White Pixies is doing our utmost to reduce the environmental impact of our brand by cutting down on single-use plastics usage for our packagings.
