Shipping Policy
Requests for candles to be delivered by/on a certain date is on a best effort basis under Standard Local Delivery.
We are unable to fully guarantee the delivery date as there might be unforeseen delays on the courier's side.
For urgent and important orders, please opt for Express Delivery.
If you would like a candle to be delivered on a specified date, please opt for our Specific Date Delivery option. Please note that orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance of the desired delivery date.
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent once parcel is ready to be shipped. Please ensure that you have given us the correct email, contact number and shipping address. We will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred should there be any failed delivery attempts by our courier.
Standard Delivery (Singapore)
Standard local doorstep delivery is charged at SGD$5 for every order placed.
Complimentary local delivery is provided with a minimum spending of SGD$60.
Orders will usually take 3-7 working days to reach you from date of order. Please take note that there might be slight delays during sales/festive season due to high volume of orders. As White Pixies candles are handcrafted and made upon order, we seek your kind understanding and patience for the waiting time.
Express Delivery (Singapore)
Express Doorstep delivery is charged at SGD$15 for every order placed.
For customers who need their orders urgently, please opt for Express Delivery and your order will be packed and delivered within 3 working days.
Specific Date Delivery (Singapore)
Specific Date Doorstep delivery is charged at SGD$20 for every order placed.
If you would like a candle to be delivered on a specified date, please opt for our Specific Date Delivery option. Please note that orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance of the desired delivery date.
International Shipping (Worldwide)
International Shipping with Tracking is available and the cost will be calculated during checkout according to the weight of your order.
Please take note that our Preserved Flowers Candle Series is not available for International Shipping due to its fragile nature.

Delivery will usually take 2-4 weeks to reach depending on the country's custom clearance. As White Pixies candles are handcrafted and made upon order, we seek your understanding and patience for the waiting time.
For all international orders, please ensure that our products can be lawfully imported to the destination country before placing any order. Recipients will be responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
